Aloha! My name is BJ Keomailani Melanson. I am an island girl born and raised primarily on the west side of the island. My island roots, has allowed me to familiarize myself with the multiple neighborhood on the island. I have represented Buyers and Sellers Island wide. So therefore I have a broad knowledge of the many different communities on the island. However, I would consider myself an expert in the following neighborhoods: Kapolei, Ewa, Ocean Pointe, Makakilo, Waikele and Mililani. I have access to powerful public data bases that allow me to do my due diligence to research trends, statistics and property information for all Hawaii neighborhoods. I have a keen understanding of technology and many effective tools to effectively market any property island wide.

I have a background in interior design and home staging which have proven to be very effective in getting many properties sold quickly and for top dollar. It had been proven time and time again that a property that has been prepared properly for sale always has a better chance at selling for top dollar.   • Our services come free to any Buyer. Our representation fee’s are paid by the Sellers
